This is the choice for the true gourmet. 

A premium food pack like you’ve never seen before - certain to find the mark with every food aficionado.

You'll kick things off with the amazing confit of salmon, sourced from the renowned Huon salmon farm in Tasmania. Later courses, like the fig-and-goats-cheese tart and slow cooked Wagyu, are each matched with a lovely and interesting wine, from Seppelt Wines. We take care of everything: a personal Chef, a waiter to serve, all the equipment needed, and last but not least a 3-hour drinks package, all included.

It’s a food match made in race-day-celebration heaven.

Canapés

  • Chevre croquettes with pine salt
  • Trout cured in acacia with molasses and rye bread

Entree

  • Heirloom tomato, tomato water, nasturtium, ricotta (gf) (v)

The product will be delivered in sustainable craft boxes.

The boxes will be wrapped in black and white ribbon with a Fresh Collective stamp on the box. There will be A5 menus inside the box with a personalised message.
